Almond Cream Cheese Stuffed Olives
12 very large green olives, pitted
1/2 Cup cream cheese, softened
12 Whole roasted salted almonds
If you want something of a hot flavor, add 1/4 tsp. of chili powder to the cream cheese
Set olives on a small plate. To make them stand up straight, cut just a tiny bit off the bottom.
Smash the cream cheese until soft and creamy. ( Mix in the Chili Powder if you desire).
Stuff the olives full with cream cheese.
Push an almond into the cream cheese in the olive, until cream cheese smooshes out.
Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving time.
This is a salty, crunchy, creamy snack that satisfies
