Simple Salsa Deviled Egg Snack

Decide how many egg servings for each person to make and for each serving you will need:

1 hard-boiled egg

1 Tbsp salsa

1 tsp chopped parsley


Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks to a small bowl (set whites on a small plate.)

To the yolks, add the salsa and smash until smooth with a fork.

Spoon the mixture into the empty egg whites.

Use homemade salsa or salsa made with all natural ingredients to enjoy a very healthy snack.

This can be refrigerated in a container, to be served later. Use up within 48 hours.
